The stock decides how the flyer feels in a hand. 100lb gloss text is the default and it photographs well, which matters if the flyer is also going on social. 80lb matte is easier to read at length and does not glare under fluorescent light, so it suits menus and service lists. 100lb uncoated feels closer to a letter than an advert, which is the right choice when you are writing to neighbours rather than shouting at strangers — new dentists and clinics in Malton and Meadowvale use it for exactly that reason.
Most of our flyer work in the city is restaurants, clinics and trades. Restaurants order menus and reprint them every time a price moves, so we keep the file and reprint from it. Clinics order intake sheets and appointment cards on the same run to save on setup. Trades order a flyer and a coroplast lawn sign together, because the same artwork does both jobs and the sign lasts a season. We can bundle those on one ticket rather than quoting them separately.
If the flyer is going out by mail rather than by hand, tell us before we set it. Canada Post has size and thickness rules that decide whether a piece is charged as a standard letter or surcharged as oversized, and the difference over ten thousand pieces dwarfs anything you might save on stock. We set to their template so it does not get caught.

Do you do flyer distribution in Mississauga?
