Graphic design and logo design in Mississauga
Most design jobs here start the same way. Someone needs a sign, a card or a shirt, and the only logo they have is a JPG saved off an old business card. It will not print at that size. We redraw it properly, once, and after that it works on anything — a card, a banner, the side of a van, a stitched polo.
We design in the same building we print in. That sounds like a small thing and it is not. A designer who never stands at a press hands you hairlines too thin to stitch and a blue that turns purple in CMYK. We find that out before we draw it, not after you have paid for two hundred signs.

Why your logo has to be a vector file
There are two kinds of image file, and the difference decides what you can and cannot print.
A JPG or a PNG is a grid of coloured dots. Enlarge it and the dots get bigger — that is the blurry, stepped edge you see on a stretched logo. A vector file is not dots. It is a set of instructions: this line, this curve, this colour. A vector can be printed at any size and stays sharp, from 8mm on a pen to 8 feet on a banner.
This is why every printer, sign shop and embroidery house asks you for vector artwork before they will start. If a JPG is all you have, nobody can do the job properly, and the usual result is a slightly soft logo on a sign that cost two thousand dollars.
We redraw logos from a photo, a screenshot or an old card. It is a fixed job that starts at $45 and usually takes one to two days. At the end you own a file that works everywhere, and you never have to have this conversation again.
Logo design, start to finish
It starts with a short conversation. What you do, who buys from you, what you like, and what you cannot stand. Fifteen minutes on the phone is enough. Then we go away and draw.
You see three directions, not thirty. Thirty options is a way of making the client do the choosing. Three means we made decisions and can tell you why each one is there.
You pick one, and we change it over two rounds. Nearly every job finishes inside those two rounds. If you want to keep going after that, we charge for the extra time rather than quietly building it into the first number and charging everyone for it.
A logo takes five to seven business days from that first conversation. Logo design on its own starts at $199, and that includes the three directions, the two rounds and the full set of files.
Brand kits, and when you actually need one
A logo on its own is not enough to keep things consistent once more than one person is using it. A brand kit is the short document that closes that gap.
It holds your logo in every version you will need: full colour, one colour, and a white version for dark backgrounds, each laid out both stacked and horizontal. It lists your colours three ways — CMYK for print, HEX for screens, and Pantone for foil and cut vinyl — so the blue on your van is the blue on your website. It names your fonts. It sets the clear space around the logo and the size below which it stops being readable.
It runs six to ten pages and takes two to three weeks. It starts at $399.
You need one when more than one person or more than one supplier touches your artwork — staff posting to social, a printer, a sign shop, a franchise. If you are one person who sends every file yourself, you can skip it for now and buy it later.
Layout: the everyday work
Most of our design work is not logos. It is laying out the thing that gets printed. A business card, a flyer, a takeout menu, a rack card, a lawn sign, a banner, a van door, a trade show wall.
We set it at the finished size with the right bleed, in CMYK, with the fonts outlined. Those are the technical requirements the press has, and getting them wrong is what turns a job around at the last minute. You approve a full-size PDF proof before anything runs.
Layout starts at $65 a piece and is quoted per job, because a one-sided flyer and a sixteen-page menu are not the same work.
If you built something yourself in Canva and it will not print, we fix the file rather than make you start again. That is a small charge, not a redesign, and we tell you which one it is before we start.
What you get, and what you own
At the end of a logo job you get the vector artwork as .ai, .eps, .svg and PDF, plus PNG and JPG for everyday use, in full colour, one colour and white.
It is yours. We keep a copy on file so a reorder or a new sign starts straight away, but we do not hold your artwork as leverage and there is nothing to renew.
We do not use AI image generators to make logos. A generated image is a grid of pixels rather than a vector, so it cannot be scaled or separated for print, and who owns it is not settled law in Canada. Neither of those is a risk worth taking on the mark that goes on your building.

How it worksQUOTE → ARTWORK → PROOF → PRODUCTION
Four steps, and you sign off before anything runs.
01
Quote
Tell us what you need — a photo of the old sign is enough to start. You get a written quote back within 24 hours on weekdays, with the specs written out so you can compare it to anyone else's.
02
Artwork
Send print-ready files and we use them as they are. Send a logo and a rough idea and we set it here, with the setup quoted up front rather than added at the end.
03
Proof approval
Nothing goes to production until you approve a proof in writing. On print that is a PDF at size; on apparel it is a mockup on the actual garment colour. Turnaround starts from this step, not from the deposit.
04
Production and delivery
We produce it here and deliver across the GTA, or hold it for pickup in Mississauga if that is faster. Your artwork stays on file, so the reorder skips straight to production.
FAQSTRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions we get asked
How much does a logo cost in Mississauga?
Logo design starts at $199. That covers a short briefing call, three different directions, two rounds of changes on the one you pick, and the full set of files. A brand kit — colours, fonts and rules written down — starts at $399. Every figure on our site is a starting price; you get the real one in writing within a day.
I only have a JPG of my logo. Can you fix it?
Yes. We redraw it as a proper vector file from whatever you have — a photo, a screenshot, an old business card. It starts at $45 and takes one to two days. After that the same file prints on a card, a banner, a van or a stitched shirt without going soft.
How long does logo design take?
Five to seven business days from the first conversation, assuming you come back on the concepts within a day or two. A full brand kit takes two to three weeks because it is a document, not a drawing.
Do I own the logo when it is finished?
Yes, outright. You get the vector files as .ai, .eps, .svg and PDF plus PNG and JPG, in full colour, one colour and white. There is no licence and nothing to renew. We keep a copy on file so reorders are fast, not to hold it over you.
What is a brand kit and do I actually need one?
It is a short document that says how your logo is used: every version of the mark, your colours as CMYK, HEX and Pantone, your fonts, and the spacing and minimum sizes. You need one once more than one person or supplier touches your artwork. If you send every file yourself, you can buy it later.
Can you design a flyer or a menu if I already have a logo?
Yes, that is most of our design work. Layout starts at $65 a piece and is quoted per job. We set it at the right size with bleed, in CMYK, with fonts outlined, and you approve a full-size PDF proof before it runs.
Do you use AI to make logos?
No. A generated image is pixels, not a vector, so it cannot be scaled or colour-separated for print, and ownership of purely AI-generated artwork is not settled law in Canada. We draw logos. We do use AI for background work like tidying up a stock photo, and we will tell you when we have.
Where are you located?
2800 Skymark Ave in Mississauga. Design, print, signage and apparel all happen in that one building, so the artwork we draw is the artwork we print. We work with clients across the GTA and take briefings by phone or video.
