Embroidery in Mississauga
Embroidery is what Mississauga's corporate and industrial employers order, and for good reason: it does not fade, it does not crack, and it survives industrial laundry. A printed logo on a work shirt washed weekly looks tired within a season. We digitise in house, and that step is the whole job. Digitising converts your logo into stitch paths — the order, direction and density of every stitch — and it is what separates a clean left chest from a puckered mess that gets thrown in a drawer. A typical left chest at three and a half to four inches wide runs 5,000 to 12,000 stitches. A full back at ten to twelve inches can reach 30,000. We run up to fifteen thread colours in a single design.
Digitising is charged once per logo, and then we keep the file. A reorder in eighteen months is stitched from the same file at the same size with no setup again, which is the part that matters for a business hiring steadily — new staff get kit that matches the people already wearing it rather than a slightly different version. Fine detail below about a quarter of an inch does not survive being stitched, so we simplify it and show you the proof before anything is sewn.

What is the minimum order for embroidery in Mississauga?
There is no piece minimum, but there is a one-time digitising charge per logo. For a single polo that setup is usually the larger part of the cost. Once your file exists, reorders have no setup at all.
How much does it cost to embroider a logo?
Digitising is about $45 once per logo. Embroidered polos start around $28 a piece including the garment. Higher stitch counts and larger placements cost more — a full back is several times a left chest.
Will my logo work as embroidery?
Most do, with simplification. Thin lines, small text and fine gradients do not survive being stitched, so we redraw those for thread and send you a proof showing placement and size before anything is sewn. If it genuinely will not work stitched, we say so and suggest DTF instead.
